We are a provider for many insurance companies. Our billing manager firstname.lastname@example.org is available to assist you in determining insurance coverage and in the precertification process as well as billing your insurance for you. You are responsible, however, for payment of non-covered services as well as any deductible amount and co-payment. All parents are advised to contact their insurance company to discuss eligibility and policy limits for speech pathology services. The amount that you owe depends on your insurance policy and your individual plan and it is your responsibility to understand what your plan covers, your co-pay and your deductible costs. The co-pay amount is due at each visit. In addition to a co-pay charge, you may have an additional amount that will be billed to you, depending on what your insurance tells us in the EOB (explanation of benefits) that is the “patient’s responsibility”. Please talk to us about affordable alternatives when insurance does not cover speech therapy services.
